What is a Portrait Party?

A Portrait Party is a private MINI SESSION customized for you and your friends

without the high cost of a full session.

STEP 2:

Choose a location

You can choose to have the sessions in your own home or bring your friends to our in-home studio in Krugerville

STEP 3:

Reserve your date

We will get a date on the calendar quickly so you can start inviting friends.

STEP 4:

Invite your friends

They will thank you for giving them the chance to get amazing photos at mini session prices.

STEP 5:

Get your session for FREE

As a thank you for being a host you will get your session for free and be able to earn prints and products as well.

STEP 1: CHOOSE A THEME

Simply Fun:

Children are either in a diaper cover or just in their casual clothes. One clothing change is permitted and session is just very natural. Backgrounds can be environmental (house, steps, street, etc) or you can ask us to bring a white, tan or black backdrop. In a Simply Fun session, most often the goal is updated portraits of the children or to just capture expressions and emotions.

Mommy and Me:

What a great time to just spend with your children. Play with them, hug them, love them...and we will capture it all.

Personality:

In these sessions we will have a simple bright colored backdrop with studio lighting. Your child will get to show off their many faces and silly humor. We get real smiles and capture your child’s personality for you to cherish for years to come.

Seasonal:

These sessions are based around the holiday we are scheduling for. We can bring seasonal items to the party and help you coordinate the look you are going for. Great for Holiday cards, Halloween costumes and Valentines.

NEW Imagination Sessions:

These sessions are where your kids get to use our wardrobe and props to be taken away to a far off place like space or sea.

We use composite photography to place your child in a work of art created by our team. Below are a few themes you can choose from:

STEP 2: CHOOSE LOCATION

YOUR HOUSE OR OUR IN-HOME STUDIO

Our photography studio setup is quick and easy. Family sessions we need a 10x8 floor space. Children sessions we need 5x7 floor space. It does not take up a lot of room. Typically we can move a couch or table up against the wall and we will be able to fit easily.

STEP 3: RESERVE YOUR DATE

Tuesday - Saturday 9AM / 1PM / 5PM

NOTE: Weekends book quickly especially in October/November/December

so book your preferred date quickly and plan accordingly.

STEP 4: INVITE FRIENDS

We will provide all the information on how to invite your friends to this event. All you have to do is copy/paste and send it out to as many people as you know would love to have a fun private mini session while hanging out with friends and creating fun memories together. They will even thank you for giving them the opportunity to get their photos updated without the hassle of finding a photographer or studio themselves.
